Sonny’s Spring Break

Sonny’s back from his annual Spring Break/Recruiting Trip to South Carolina and we’ll be bringing a whole new batch of Crabs to Poe on Friday March 30th. Which poses a great question- do you go with the ranked Crabs, the number 8s, the 57s, or the 75s? Or do you grab one of the newcomers, which always upset the apple cart during the months of April and May? One thing’s for sure, anybody has a chance to pick up some great prizes at the Hi Ho Again tomorrow night. So be there, I know I will!!

Here We Come (again)!!!

Attention residents of Poe, Hoagland, Yoder, as well as Boston Corner! The true “Sport of Kings” returns to southern Allen County. Sonny and his Incredible Racin’ Crustaceans take up residence, so to speak, at the hottest nightspot this side of the Monroeville Legion. We’ll be racing at the “Hi Ho Again” on Yoder Road (directly across from the Poe Community Volunteer Fire Department) beginning on Friday January 6th.

Beers of the World will be the theme and coincidentally, I believe that beer is one of this establishment’s specialties. Talk about kismet! If we have a decent crowd, we’ll resume our once a month visits. So call your friends, call your neighbors, and even call your friends’ neighbors, because if you come out, we’ll come back!

Your neighborhood has always been one of our favorite stops on the Crab Racing tour and it would be great to get back into the groove with you again. So come see the Ft Wayne area’s finest crustacean based adult entertainment. Pick ’em at 7:30, race ’em at 8:00. See you there!!!

Hoy Hoy!!
Greeting from Finca con dos Gatos!! Had a few minutes on a Sunday evening , so I figured I’d throw up a whole post for ya!

The weather started decent, but went downhill the farther north I traveled. It was a nice little lake effect snow squall by the time I got to Poe. A light crowd when I arrived, but by sign up time the place was packed. In fact, we had our first Natural Sellout in quite a while at any venue. Good on ya Poe!

Crab Racing USA is the table of choice tonight. Snow outside, block building with plate glass all around, and overhead forced air heat. Looks like it’s going to be a long night. Fortunately the crowd in this part of Allen County is always hot. So let’s see what happens!
