Hoy Hoy!
Good evening from Casa dos Gatos!
Racing al fresco at Folkie’s tonite. Huge crowd, another Natural Sellout. Giant tables full of teams and racers. Facial Shot in the Northeast Quadrant. Twisted Fister shared the South Annex with The Original Sarah, Steve, and Darnell. A very enthusiastic group from Dollar General calling themselves “Tighter Than A Banjo String Racing” filled the middle. Race row had some familiar faces- Jim and Brenda and Anna and Jay, some semi-familiar, Amy and Mike and Julia and Adam (the Original G-G-G-Unit). Rob behind the bar, Nelia in the kitchen, Rhonda on the floor, and me? Well put me in Coach, because it’s-

Time:
Minus Nine
There you have it. The Crabs loved the warm temps and threw down a Minus Nine. In the words of Yoda, “Hauling shell they were”. I talked to Jim earlier in the day and he wasn’t sure he was going to show up. Looks like he made a wise choice. Anna gets second and Jay gets fourth, and the Fisters sneak in there for third. Very spirited crowd. Excellent energy.
We had talked about the Dorothys not playing on the 23rd, and maybe going to Elkhart from Puerto dos Gatos. I’m reminded that His Dougness will be celebrating his 50th with a Luau that day. So we’ll have to save the Rainbo Lounge for another weekend.
Montpelier on Friday. Hope you can make it. Should be a great time.
I’ll catch you later, and in the words of Madeline Kahn– “If it’s Wednesday, it’s wacing.
Ciao for nao
